*Please note the printable invitation is not a physical product: it is a digital file, designed for you to print at home, print online or at your local print shop.
When ordering, please enter your party details:
1) your child’s name
2) age
3) date of party
4) address of party
5) rsvp info: date, name, contact number, and email (email is optional on the invitation)

You also need to enter your email address, so I know where to send your invitation. Please ensure your email inbox is not full.
Your video invitation will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please contact me if you have not received your email within this time.
You can personalize the party details – the text information that comes up on screen. All other visual elements of the video (font style, background, effects, timing etc) remain unchanged. Please contact me if you would like to discuss a unique, custom design to suit your party theme.

Sometimes mistakes happen, it’s OK! If there is an error in the video invitation your have received, please contact me and let me know, and I will aim to get you a revised version ASAP.
Yes definitely! As long as the rest of the party details are the same, you can add another name and/ age and there is no extra fee for this.
If you have another child but the party details are different, unfortunately this must be ordered as a separate invitation.
Yes of course! Please provide the translation for ALL of the words in the invitation when ordering (not just the party details)
