Can the product be sent via text message or printed?
Both. Text message is how most customers send them out. Please note that I only provide the digital file. I cannot offer technical support for your phone, nor can I help with printing issues. Please contact your phone provider or print service’s customer support service if you encounter issues sending or printing.
If I order, what parts of it can I change?
You can personalize the party details – the text information appearing in the product. All other visual elements of the product (font style, images, background, colors etc) remain unchanged.
Can I add a sibling or additional child (for a joint party)?
Yes of course!
Are all of the products in this shop digital?
Yes, all of my invitation items are digital. There is no shipping or physical items. Printable products can be printed at home, or at your local or online print shop.
Can you translate in other languages
Yes, just message me your translation and I would be happy to help you*. Please provide the translation for the WHOLE video (not just the party details).
*Note – some of the fonts shown in the samples may need to be changed to accommodate specific characters or writing systems.
What if I don’t receive my email?
